in an earlier post I discussed how exercise is virtually useless as a technique for weight loss. But I went on to say that we should all do exercise, mainly for the benefits on our overall health and our mental well being.
So should you run out and join a gym straight away? No. You can get very fit and toned by doing exercises that rely on your own bodyweight.
The “Big 3″ exercises that I do are:
If you can incorporate those exercises into your daily routine you cannot go far wrong. Of course you should also do as much incidental exercise like walking as you can, and if you are interested and have the time and the biomechanical body structure to handle it, even do some jogging.
So what is the best technique for doing these exercises? Rather than wear out my keyboard trying to describe the exercises in words, I have decided that it might be easier to just show you the following training videos.
